How to Book Funtastic Fire Brigade For Your Event

Before Calling

Have your calendar handy with a preferred date and time for your event in mind. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. However, sometimes we have an opening and can accommodate a last-minute booking. For private parties, we request a credit or debit card to secure your reservation with a deposit of 50% of the event price. We can also accommodate cash, check, Venmo or Cash App.

We will check availability and confirm your reservation. For private parties, you will be asked to provide a deposit of 50% to hold your reservation, to be done on our website at www.funtasticfire.com. This deposit is applied in full towards the cost of your event.

Day Prior To The Event

You will receive a reconfirmation call from our team.

Day Of The Event

Our fire truck will arrive in your neighborhood a few minutes early for final preparations and will wait near your location out of sight. You will receive a call within a few minutes of your reservation time to make sure everyone is ready before we make our grand entrance. A few moments later, we will arrive with lights flashing and siren blaring to make your child's special day a funtastic one.
